The Site is controlled and operated from Hong Kong and DSG makes no representations that the contents of this Site are appropriate, available or may be downloaded in other locations or countries. This Agreement and the use of this Site are governed by the laws of Hong Kong which shall exclusively govern their interpretation, application and effect. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect. In the event of inconsistency or conflict between this English version of the Terms and Conditions and any translation provided by DSG, the English version shall prevail.
